It was just a nice choice for a break on a long journey in Lakeland with great value for the money. The lobby was reasonably clean and it felt like a nice spot to cool off after being outside all day. Consider checking for any maintenance issues when you arrive.

Clean room, helpful staff, I appreciated the outdoor swimming pool for relaxation after a long day exploring the area.
Breakfast options could be improved.

I had a comfortable stay with a clean room and decent breakfast options. However, the elevator carpets really needed cleaning, and my room’s AC showed signs of neglect.

missingWrote a review on Jun 27great locationfriendly staffcomfortable bedoutdated furnituredisappointing breakfast
The hotel had a great location close to restaurants and shopping. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful when I asked questions. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, perfect after a long drive. However, the place definitely felt outdated. I noticed some older furniture and the bathroom had a few water stains on the ceiling that made it look run-down. The breakfast situation was disappointing. it only offered cereal and milk, which felt insufficient for a hotel. I also encountered slow service when I needed help at the front desk. Overall, it had potential but needs some serious updates to be worth the price.

Family looking for decent stay
They serve a decent breakfast that filled us up and helped us kickstart our day. The staff were not just nice, they actually tidied up my room throughout our 3 nights while respecting my stuff, now that’s a rarity.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but you could say it was bearable.

Clean rooms provided a good resting environment.
The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I felt disregarded when I asked for an early check-in, and they dismissed my request harshly. Additionally, my room type was not what I booked, adding to my frustrations during the stay.

missingWrote a review on Jun 21friendly staffsmooth check-inunsatisfactory breakfastlack of cleanlinessneglected facilities
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, which was a positive start. However, the breakfast situation was disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired—sticky carpets and a lack of upkeep in the rooms contributed to an unpleasant experience. A significant concern was the general disarray in the lobby and pool area, suggesting neglect. Overall, I would not recommend staying here until substantial improvements are made.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Busch Gardens and played at Big Cypress Golf Club. The internet access and TV made our nights in fun, and the wireless internet helped us stay connected. Definitely drink some coffee at the nearby spot before heading out. you'll love it!
Had a rough moment when the staff at the front desk treated us rude about our key cards. It was frustrating as we had to keep going back to get them fixed during our stay.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom was surprisingly neat. I appreciated the decent access to nearby attractions, which was a life-saver for my plans. Just your average place, I guess.
But talk about a broken AC—it was like sleeping next to a rock concert! And let's not even start on the sticky floors. I was ready for a new pair of shoes!
